This is for non-professionals looking to learn the ins-and-outs of their DSLR and how to get the best image from it. You will be hearing from Lauryn Byrdy and Monty (with Open Image Studio), about basic shooting technique in manual mode (ever wonder what that "M" on your camera does?) and priority settings. You'll also be learning about about how to go from on-camera, to computer (editing and archiving). There will be demos and instructed shoot time with a model family.
When: April 28 from 8:30am-12 pm
Where: At the LBP studio in Grandview Heights - 1628 W 1st Ave, Columbus 43212
Cost: $125 (the first 5 people to sign up will get a free 1-hour open shoot with us on a later date) - Which includes a 3 hour hands-on workshop presentation including demonstrations, editing instruction, Q&A, light snacks and drinks, and an hour of open and instructed practice shoot time with a model family.
Bring: your digital SLR and any equipment you have related to the camera that you might have questions about.
